From the earliest planning stages through post-opening support, the team delivered a full-service solution—covering design, equipment sourcing, delivery and installation, as well as ongoing service.
Scope of Work
Foodservice Design: Gentry developed a streamlined kitchen and juice production layout that supports quick service, maximizes limited space, and ensures smooth customer flow. Special attention was given to ergonomic prep areas, refrigeration placement, and equipment clearances to keep the team efficient during peak hours.
Equipment Specification & Procurement: QSR Supply provided a complete package of commercial refrigeration, blenders, juicing equipment, prep tables, cooking equipment, and undercounter storage—selected for durability, speed, and ease of cleaning.
Delivery & Installation: QSR coordinated logistics and handled white-glove installation, including set-in-place, utility coordination, final connections, and performance startup. This turnkey approach minimized downtime and ensured the restaurant was ready for opening.
