Scope of Work
Foodservice Design: Gentry developed a compact and efficient layout optimized for fast-service operations, including prep, cooking, and assembly areas. The design emphasized workflow efficiency, ergonomic stations, and smooth transitions from kitchen to service.
Equipment Specification & Procurement: QSR Supply provided a full package of cooking, refrigeration, prep, and warewashing equipment—selected for durability, performance, and ease of maintenance to support a high-volume menu.
Delivery & Installation: QSR managed delivery logistics and professional installation, including set-in-place, utility connections, startup, and performance testing to ensure readiness for opening day.
Service & Support: Post-installation, QSR Supply continues to provide warranty management, preventive maintenance, and responsive service—ensuring reliable equipment operation and minimal downtime.
