Project Overview: Red Agave, a contemporary Mexican restaurant in Monroe, NJ, partnered with Gentry Foodservice Design Group and QSR Supply to create a kitchen and bar operation capable of supporting high-volume service while maintaining quality and consistency. The team delivered a turnkey solution covering design, equipment sourcing, delivery and installation, as well as ongoing service support.
Scope of Work
Foodservice Design: Gentry designed an efficient kitchen and bar layout that maximizes workflow and minimizes staff steps during peak service. The layout also incorporates prep and cooking areas that allow for a smooth connection between back-of-house operations and front-of-house service.
Equipment Specification & Procurement: QSR Supply provided a full package of cooking, refrigeration, prep, and beverage equipment, selected for durability, performance, and ease of maintenance to meet Red Agave’s operational demands.
Delivery & Installation: The QSR team coordinated equipment delivery, staged installation, and completed full setup including utility hookups, startup, and performance verification to ensure readiness for opening.
Service & Support: Following installation, QSR Supply provides warranty management, preventive maintenance, and responsive service to maintain equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
