Scope of Work
Foodservice Design: Gentry developed a kitchen and service layout tailored to the resort’s upscale dining standards. The design emphasized workflow efficiency, ergonomic prep and cook lines, and seamless integration between front- and back-of-house operations.
Equipment Specification & Procurement: QSR Supply sourced a carefully selected package of high-performance cooking equipment, refrigeration, beverage systems, and prep stations—chosen for durability, efficiency, and the ability to support elevated menu execution.
Delivery & Installation: QSR coordinated delivery and managed professional installation, including set-in-place, utility hookups, startup, and performance testing, ensuring the resort’s foodservice operations were guest-ready on schedule.
