The project called for a complete approach—designing an efficient kitchen and bar, sourcing high-performance equipment, coordinating delivery and installation, and providing ongoing service to keep the restaurant operating at peak performance.

Scope of Work

Foodservice Design: Gentry reimagined the kitchen and bar layout to better support Harpoon Willy’s high-volume service. The design improved workflow, increased efficiency, and created a more ergonomic environment for staff.

Equipment Specification & Procurement: QSR Supply provided a curated package of cooking, refrigeration, and beverage equipment selected for durability, reliability, and ease of cleaning—matching the restaurant’s operational needs and menu demands.

Delivery & Installation: Equipment was delivered and installed in coordination with construction milestones. The QSR team managed placement, utility connections, startup, and performance verification to ensure a seamless transition into operation.

Service & Support: After installation, QSR Supply continues to provide warranty coordination, preventative maintenance, and responsive service calls—ensuring Harpoon Willy’s can maintain uptime during its busiest seasons.
