Project Overview: Five Iron Golf, a premier indoor golf and entertainment venue in Port Chester, NY, partnered with Gentry Foodservice Design Group and QSR Supply to create a fully functional kitchen and bar operation capable of supporting high-volume service in a fast-paced entertainment environment. The team provided a turnkey solution—covering design, equipment specification, delivery and installation, and ongoing service—to ensure seamless operations from opening day onward.

Scope of Work

Foodservice Design: Gentry developed a kitchen and bar layout tailored to the venue’s unique concept, optimizing workflow for both food and beverage service. The design emphasized efficient prep and cooking stations, smooth staff circulation, and integration with front-of-house operations.

Equipment Specification & Procurement: QSR Supply provided a complete equipment package, including cooking, refrigeration, prep, and beverage systems—selected for durability, high-volume performance, and ease of maintenance.

Delivery & Installation: QSR coordinated logistics, managed delivery, and executed installation with utility hookups, startup, and performance testing, ensuring the operation was ready for immediate use.

Service & Support: Post-installation, QSR Supply continues to provide warranty coordination, preventive maintenance, and responsive service to keep the kitchen and bar running efficiently and minimize downtime.
