Project Overview: Caribe Royale, a premier resort and conference destination in Orlando, FL, required a comprehensive foodservice solution to support its large-scale hospitality operations. To meet the demands of high-volume banquets, multiple dining outlets, and guest-focused service, the resort partnered with Gentry Foodservice Design Group and QSR Supply. Scope of Work
Foodservice Design: Gentry developed efficient kitchen and service layouts that balance high-capacity production with front-of-house presentation. The design accounted for banquet service, à la carte dining, and quick-service outlets—ensuring smooth operations across the resort’s diverse F&B program.
Equipment Specification & Procurement: QSR Supply sourced a robust equipment package, including high-volume cooking systems, refrigeration, warewashing, and beverage equipment—carefully selected for durability, efficiency, and ease of maintenance in a 24/7 resort environment.
Delivery & Installation: QSR managed all logistics, coordinating deliveries with construction timelines and resort operations. The team provided white-glove installation, utility connections, system startup, and performance verification to guarantee operational readiness.
Service & Support: Following installation, QSR Supply continues to provide warranty management, preventive maintenance, and responsive service calls—ensuring Caribe Royale’s kitchens stay reliable during peak business and major events.
